Spoon the apples with the pears, lemon juice and jelly sugar in a pan with a thick bottom and bring to the boil while stirring.

Let the mixture boil for about 4 minutes.

Put the almonds, gingerbreads and raisins through.

Fill the jam jars up to the edge with hot jam.
