Toast with avocado spread, chickpeas and radish mix
Toast with a spread of avocado and feta with chickpeas in curry and raw vegetables radish.

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster. Put the chickpeas in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.

Mix the chickpeas with the curry, pepper and possibly salt. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chickpeas over medium heat in 6 min. Until golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut the avocados in half and remove the kernel. Scoop the flesh from the skin with a spoon.

Clean the lime. Squeeze out the fruit.

Put the avocado together with the feta and ½ tbsp lime juice in a high cup and puree with the hand blender to a spread. Season with pepper and salt.

Brush the toasted bread slices with the avocado spread. Divide the raw vegetables radish mix and chickpeas over it.

Mix the tahini with the water and sprinkle over the toast.
