Granola breakfast muffins with cottage cheese and raspberries
Muffins of eggs, milk, banana, cinnamon and almond flour with granola. The topping? We make it from quark with a raspberry on top.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Break the eggs over a bowl and mix together with the condensed milk with a mixer in 3 min.

Talk the banana. Spat the banana, cinnamon, almond flour and granola through the egg mixture.

Put the cupcakes in the muffin mold and spread the batter over it.

Bake in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Allow to cool for 1 hour.

Just before serving, put 1 tbsp curd on each muffin and put a raspberry on it.
