Make sure that the cream cheese, crème fraîche and butter are at room temperature by removing them from the refrigerator at least one hour in advance.

Put everything in a bowl and beat the mixture with the mixer or with the whisk until an airy mass.

Mix the icing sugar and the vanilla sugar through it. This is the butter cream to decorate the gingerbread boat.

Cut the gingerbread into three pieces as shown in the picture.

Stick the individual parts of the boat together with the buttercream.

Use the rest of the butter cream to stick the decorations on the boat.
