Smoothie bowl recipe with berries and blackberries, coconut yoghurt, passion fruit, blueberry and pomegranate.

Directions

  1. Put the frozen fruit in the blender and add the coconut yoghurt and the water.
  2. Puree to a smooth smoothie and put in a bowl. Spoon the rest of the yogurt on it and if necessary make a nice swirl.
  3. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Spoon the flesh on the edge of the smoothie bowl.
  4. Garnish with the blueberries and pomegranate seeds.
