Mango breakfast with chia seed
Juice with mango, pineapple, banana and pistachio nuts and chia seeds.

Divide the chia seeds over tall glasses and pour the mango juice over them.

Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours until the mixture has thickened into a kind of pudding.

Cut the banana into slices and spread with the pineapple over the pudding. Sprinkle with the pistachio nuts.
