Directions

  1. Roast the sandwiches and cut 4 molds from each slice.
  2. Spoon the red pepper with the vinegar and let stand for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the shrimp for about 1 minute on a high setting.
  4. Scoop out of the wok, drain the red pepper and scoop with the shrimps.
  5. Spread each toast thinly with butter and a little mango chutney.
  6. Divide the shrimps over it and spoon a little chutney on each toast. Garnish with coriander.
