Toast with mango chutney and stir-fried prawns

Roast the sandwiches and cut 4 molds from each slice.

Spoon the red pepper with the vinegar and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the shrimp for about 1 minute on a high setting.

Scoop out of the wok, drain the red pepper and scoop with the shrimps.

Spread each toast thinly with butter and a little mango chutney.

Divide the shrimps over it and spoon a little chutney on each toast. Garnish with coriander.
