Toast with smoked ribeye and avocado
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, extra virgin olive oil, anchovy butter (25 g tube), baguette (eg Le Champain), smoked ribeye (meat products, service department), avocado and freshly ground pepper.

Preheat oven to 225 ° C.

In a bowl of oil, stir well with anchovy butter.

Cut 8 thin slices of baguette at an angle.

Slice both sides of slices thinly with anchovy mixture.

Place the slices on a rack and roast golden brown in a hot oven.

Remove toast from oven and allow to cool slightly.

Toast toast with ribeye.

Cut Avocado into 8 long slices and place on ribeye.

Roughly grind the pepper above and serve the toast directly (otherwise avocado will discolour)..
