Bread rolls with anchovy butter and Dutch shrimps
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, butter (at room temperature), anchovy fillets (in pieces (tin 46 g)), garlic (squeezed), red pepper (chopped), parsley ((a 20 g), finely chopped), bread ( cut in length), rocket (a 75 g) and Dutch shrimp (100 g).

Heat 25 g of butter in a saucepan and let the anchovies melt in it while stirring.

Spoon the garlic and paprika through and let the paprika be gently cooked in 3-4 minutes.

Stir the anchovy mixture with the parsley and pepper to taste through the rest of the butter.

Cut the crusts from 3 long slices of bread and brush them generously with the anchovy butter.

Divide the arugula and shrimp.

Roll up the slices of bread firmly, starting on a short side.

Wrap the rolls of bread tightly in cling film and let them solidify in the refrigerator in 1 hour.

Cut the bread rolls with a sharp knife into 6-8 nice slices and place on a plate..
