Directions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  3. Chop the onion. Cut the burger into pieces.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the burger and fry in 3 minutes. Season with sage, pepper and salt.
  5. Beat the egg. Cut the puff pastry diagonally in half. Divide the mixture over it.
  6. Brush the edges with water and fold into a triangle. Push the edges with the teeth of a fork. Brush the triangles with the egg.
  7. Place them on a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
