Let the puff pastry thaw.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Chop the onion. Cut the burger into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the burger and fry in 3 minutes. Season with sage, pepper and salt.

Beat the egg. Cut the puff pastry diagonally in half. Divide the mixture over it.

Brush the edges with water and fold into a triangle. Push the edges with the teeth of a fork. Brush the triangles with the egg.

Place them on a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
