Pizza pancake
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: pancake mix (400 g), semi-skimmed milk, eggs, tomato paste (70 g), dried Italian herbs, olive oil, mozzarella ((a 125 g), in slices), cherry tomatoes ((a 250 g), halved) and red peppers (in thin rings).

Mix the pancake mix and the milk with a mixer or whisk.

Mix the eggs, tomato paste and herbs through.

Heat ½ tbsp oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry a thin pancake.

Place 3 slices of mozzarella, some tomato and paprika, after turning.

Fry for another 2 minutes on medium heat until the cheese has melted.

Bake 11 pancakes.

Keep the pancakes warm between 2 preheated plates..
