Mix the flour and baking soda in a bowl. Add the egg and the buttermilk and mix with a hand mixer to a smooth batter.

Grate the Parmesan cheese and stir through the batter.

Heat the waffle iron and pour half of the batter into the mold. Bake the waffle for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Bake another waffle.

Cut 4 pieces of each wafer with 2 boxes each.

Fill the boxes with 2 teaspoons alternately with cream cheese, green and red vegetable spread.
