Crispy fennel biscuits with shrimps
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, cocktail shrimp, garlic dressing, fennel bulb, flour, salt, ouzo (or pernod (slijter)) and (olive) oil.

In a shrimp dish, shovel with dressing and let it stand for at least 30 minutes.

Pick fennel green stalks and cut 8 thin slices for garnish.

Chop the rest of fennel.

Flower above bowl seven.

Combine salt, ouzo, 2 tablespoons of oil and fennel and knead until smooth dough that does not stick.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if dough is too dry or add some flour if dough remains too moist.

Spray the countertop with some flour and dough roll out to two thin rounds of about 25 cm.

In frying pan with non-stick coating, heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil and fry 1 fennel biscuit over high heat in approx.

3 minutes until crispy and cooked halfway.

Bake another fennel cake in the same way.

Cut each fennel cake into 8 points.

Place dish with shrimps on a flat dish.

Place the biscuit tips and fennel slices around it.
