Herb butter rolls
Easy recipe for a herb butter sandwich from the oven. Rolled up and nice crunchy.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Meanwhile, cut the crusts of the bread and cut the slices in half lengthwise.
Make 6 strips of 4 half slices each. Place the slices in each other's length and let the short edges overlap by ½ cm.
Use the rolling pin to roll over the overlaps and press them as well. Turn the strips over and roll over the overlaps again.
Spread each strip with 1 tbsp herb butter. Leave 1 cm on the long sides.
Roll up the strips loosely. Glue possibly with some herb butter. Divide the rolls over the muffin mold.
Fry the herb butter rolls in the center of the oven in a light brown for about 10 minutes.
