Multi-grain vegetable pizzas
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: mix for (multigrain bread (pack a 500 g)), olive oil, tomato cubes (with garlic (a 400 g)), chestnut mushrooms (sliced (125 g)), red pepper (in narrow strips), red onion (in thin segments), zucchini (in slices), mozzarella (light (cheese)) and flour to pollinate.

Ingredients
- 250 g mix for multigrain bread (pack a 500 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Business suit tomato cubes with garlic (a 400 g)
- 1 dish chestnut mushrooms cut (125 g)
- 1 Red pepper in narrow strips
- 1 Red onion in thin sections
- Zucchini in slices
- 2 bulbs Mozzarella light (cheese)
- Baking flour to pollinate
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Knead the bread mix with the oil and 150 ml of hand-warm water a smooth dough.

Let the dough rise in a bowl under a clean tea towel at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Divide the dough into 4 portions and form 4 balls.

Roll out each dough ball on a flower-sprayed countertop to a bottom of maximum 1/2 cm thick.

Place the pizza bases on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Spread the tomato cubes over the pizza bottoms and top with the mushrooms, bell pepper, red onion and zucchini.

Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.

Tear the mozzarella into small tufts and spread them over the vegetables.

Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven until golden brown and done in 15-20 minutes.

Drizzle the pizza with some extra olive oil..
