Directions

  1. Finely chop the flat parsley and mix through the Philadelphia.
  2. Cut the cross in but not completely and remove the flesh and the seeds.
  3. Bend the 'leaves' of the tomato slightly open and spoon some of the Philadelphi mixture into the heart (even better: spray it with a piping bag).
  4. Pierce the stalk of the curry parsley so that the tomato resembles a tulip.
