Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. Halve the sundried to and cut 8 cubes of a piece of Parmesan cheese.

Place 1 tortellino, sundried tomato, cubes of Parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes and tortellino on a skewer. Repeat until you have 8 skewers.

Mix the pesto with 1 tablespoon of water and drizzle the skewers just before serving.
