Tortellini with pumpkin, tomato and goat cheese
Discover this great combination of tortellini with pumpkin, tomato and goat's cheese
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion shredded
- 500 gram pumpkin peeled, into cubes
- 200 milliliters sifted tomato
- 1 tablespoon Italian spices
- 400 gram tortellini stuffed with spinach
- 1 tray cherry / Christmas halved
- 150 gram goat cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley minced meat
Heat the oil and fry the onion 2-3 minutes. Spoon the pumpkin through and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sifted tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook gently for 6-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the tortellini. Drain and drain.
Serve the tortellini with the pumpkin sauce and the to. Divide the goat cheese and parsley over it.
