Tortelloni verdi with sage butter and parmesan cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: sage (from a bowl of Italian spice mix), butter, extra virgin olive oil, tortelloni (pasta, a 250 g, chilled cheese) and Parmesan cheese.

Cut the leaves of sage into thin strips. Heat the butter, oil and sage in a saucepan over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the tortelloni according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta. Divide the tortelloni over 4 warm deep (pasta) plates. Pour the sage butter over the pasta. Plan with a cheese slicer curl Parmesan cheese over the pasta and sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately. Tasty with Italian marinated tomatoes.
