Tortelloni with basil oil
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: cherry tomatoes, fresh basil (15 g), olive oil and tortelloni con formaggio e nocci (pack of 250 g).

Dip in pan with boiling water.

Remove the skin from the skin and let it hang loose.

Remove basil leaves from stalks.

Fry basil leaves in pan with boiling water for 20 seconds.

Top the basil leaves (4 withhold for garnishing) by rubbing the sieve.

Add oil to puree and stir well.

Cook and drain tortelloni in pan with water for about 4 minutes.

Spread the tortelloni, tomato and leaf of basil to the skewer.

Sprinkle oil over it..
