Directions

  1. Rinse the strawberries and let them drain. Pick the crowns off and cut the strawberries in four and put them on a plate.
  2. Rinse the apricots and halve them. Remove the seeds and cut the apricots into thin segments. Put the apricots on a different plate.
  3. Peel the kiwis, cut into cubes and put them on the last plate.
  4. Cut the bananas into slices and place as many slices of banana on each plate. Let the fruit freeze in an hour.
  5. Put the frozen pieces of strawberry and banana with a third of the Greek yoghurt and a third of the honey in the blender. Put the lid on and turn everything on the highest level until creamy ice.
  6. Pour the strawberry ice into the cups and push it well. Put the cups in the refrigerator.
  7. Immediately afterwards make ice cream with the pieces of apricot, banana, yogurt and honey in the same way. Pour the apricot ice on the strawberry ice and press well.
  8. Finally, quickly make the kiwi ice cream with kiwi, banana, yogurt and honey. Pour the kiwi ice cream onto the apricot ice, press well and smooth the top.
  9. Insert a wooden skewer into the bottom of each cup. Put the cups in the freezer and let the ice freeze again in thirty to forty-five minutes and become firm.
  10. Take the cups with ice from the freezer and keep the cups under lukewarm water for a few seconds. Then carefully pull the ice cream out of the cup.
