Truffle chicken with pointed cabbage


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pointed cabbage, chicken breasts, chicken herbs, butter, smoked bacon strips, onion (finely chopped) and olive oil with truffle flavor.

Directions

  1. Halve the cabbage, cut out the stumps and cut the cabbages into wide strips. Wash them in the salad spinner and let them drain slightly.
  2. Sprinkle the fillets with chicken herbs. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the filets around golden brown. Remove them from the pan on a plate.
  3. Fry the bacon and the onion in the frying pan for 5 minutes. Put the coal through. Add salt and 100 ml of water and let the coals shrink a little on high heat. Put the chicken fillets on the cabbage, reduce the heat and place the lid on the pan. Cook the coals and chicken gently in about 15 minutes until done.
  4. Take the fillets out of the pan and spread them over 4 plates. Season the cabbages with salt and truffle oil. Spoon the coals next to the chicken. Delicious with potato or celeriac puree.
