Mexican stew with turkey


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, red peppers, butter or margarine, white cabbage (300 g), taco seasoning mix (35 g), turkey fillet à laminute (à ca. 250 g), salt and pepper and mashed potatoes for stew (224 g).

Directions

  1. Peppers wash, clean and cut into cubes.
  2. Fry half of butter in casserole.
