Mexican stew with turkey
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, red peppers, butter or margarine, white cabbage (300 g), taco seasoning mix (35 g), turkey fillet à laminute (à ca. 250 g), salt and pepper and mashed potatoes for stew (224 g).

Peppers wash, clean and cut into cubes.

Fry half of butter in casserole.
