Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry the leek and garlic. Add the kale and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and continue for 5 minutes.
  3. Put a layer of the vegetable mixture in the oven dish. Place 3 lasagne sheets followed by a third of the ricotta, blue cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Divide half of the remaining vegetable mixture, divide half of the remaining cheeses and cover again with 3 lasagne sheets.
  5. Divide the rest of the vegetable mixture and the cheese over it. Bake the lasagna in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown.
