Tuna omelette with broccoli
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (solid, peeled), broccoli (in small florets), olive oil, onions (in rings), tuna (in olive oil (a 160 g), drained), black olives (without seeds ( jar 240 g)), eggs and garlic (finely chopped).

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Line the spring form with baking paper. Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil 5 minutes in water with salt. Cook the broccoli for 1 min. Drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Stir fry the potatoes and broccoli for 1 min. Loosen the tuna with a fork. Spoon the potato mixture in the spring form. Divide the tuna and olives over it.
