Toast the bread in the toaster.

Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel and fine.

Cut the cucumbers into thin, slant slices and cut the fresh mint fine. Drain the tuna.

Divide the avocado, hüttenkäse, cucumber and tuna in succession over 2 slices of bread.

Sprinkle with the mint, (freshly ground) pepper and possibly salt. Cover with the rest of the bread.
