Tuna sandwich with guacamole and corn salad
Sandwich of tuna, corn, avocado and guacamole.
Cut the onions into rings. Put in a colander, pour boiling water over it and let it drain well.
Slice the parsley. Drain the tuna pieces. Mix the tuna with the parsley and guacamole.
Cut the crusts of the slices of corn bread and toast the slices in the toaster.
Spread 2 slices with the tuna mixture. Put them together with the side up. Cover with an unpilled cut.
So make the rest of the sandwiches. Insert two tapas sticks in each sandwich. Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half.
Drain the corn. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into cubes.
Mix the avocado with the red onion and corn. Mix the sour cream with the paprika, pepper and salt.
Serve the club sandwich with the corn salad, tortilla chips and pepper cream.
