Dab the to dry oil.

Drain the tuna, but collect the oil.

Cut the tomato in four and remove the seeds.

Cut the tomato into small cubes.

Chop the dried to very nice.
-
Transfer the tuna to a dish and loosen it with a fork.

Stir in the tuna with tomato cubes, dried tomatoes, capers and parsley into a tapenade.
-
Add some pepper to taste and if necessary add extra tbsp olive oil to the tuna.

Delicious to dip with stalks of celery or leaves of chicory.
