Tuna tapenade with capers


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna (in olive oil (185 g), drained), black olives (without seeds), sun-dried tomatoes in oil, garlic, anchovy fillets (drained), capers and fresh thyme (leaves).

Directions

  1. Drain the tuna but collect the oil.
  2. Puree the tuna with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or in a high bowl with a hand blender.
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the collected oil to make the tapenade creamy.
  4. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.
  5. Spoon in a dish and put the tuna tapenade covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors can withdraw..
