Tuna tapenade with capers
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna (in olive oil (185 g), drained), black olives (without seeds), sun-dried tomatoes in oil, garlic, anchovy fillets (drained), capers and fresh thyme (leaves).

Drain the tuna but collect the oil.

Puree the tuna with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or in a high bowl with a hand blender.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of the collected oil to make the tapenade creamy.

Season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Spoon in a dish and put the tuna tapenade covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors can withdraw..
