Spicy potato wedges
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: solid cooking potatoes (eg Lady Christl), fresh (garlic) chives ((a 20 g), finely chopped), zureroom, dried oregano, Mexican herbs, coarse salt and olive oil.

Cut and wash potatoes in length into four parts.

Sprinkle for 10 minutes, drain and drain.
