Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
-
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into strips of about 2 cm. Cut the salmon into as many pieces as courgette bars.
-
Heat the grill pan. Brush the strips of zucchini with the sunflower oil and grill them on one side with a nice brown color. Place them with the grilled side down on the work surface.
-
Divide the pieces of salmon over the bars and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put a leaf of sage on each portion and roll out the zucchini-salmon bars. Stick with a stick.
-
Pour the tomato sauce into an oven dish and place the rolls in the sauce. Drip the olive oil over it and fry in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
-
Spoon a few rolls per person on a plate and sprinkle with pepper. Tasty with tagliatelle.
