Turban with anise and banana
Turban of ripe bananas, crème fraîche, raisins, cake mix, eggs, milk, oil, baking powder, ground aniseed and powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Peel and prank the bananas. Mix with the crème fraîche and raisins.

Put the cake mix, eggs, milk, oil, baking powder and aniseed in a large mixing bowl.

Mix with a hand mixer to the lowest setting in 1 minute to a smooth whole. Add the banana mixture and mix in 5 minutes to a cohesive batter.

Grease the turban shape, spread the batter over it and bake for approx. 50 min. In the middle of the oven.

After 45 minutes, check with the skewer for doneness. If this comes out clean, the turban is cooked. Cool for 10 minutes in the mold.

Put a plate or flat dish upside down on the turban and turn around so that it comes out of the shape. Allow to cool completely in 1 hour.

Sprinkle before serving with the icing sugar.
