Cut the bottom and top edges of the turnips and place them in a large pan. Pour over the stock and bring to the boil.

Cook the turnips on low setting in about 30 minutes until al dente. Take them out of the broth and let them cool slightly.

Meanwhile, make the filling; heat the oil and fry the shallot at medium height for about 5 minutes.

Add the curry powder, tofu, raisins and pine nuts and stir fry for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Drain the cooked ones with a spoon.
