Spanish tortilla with artichoke hearts
A tasty Spanish recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, artichoke hearts (330 g), eggs, chopped garlic (jar 100 g), parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), olive oil and serrano ham (in strips).

Drain the artichoke hearts and cut each artichoke heart into 8 thin segments.

Beat in a bowl the eggs with 2 tbsp water, chopped garlic and pepper and salt to taste.

Stir in the parsley.

Heat some oil in the gourmet pans.

Fry 4-6 artichokes and 1 tbsp serrano ham in each pan.

Spoon 3 tbsp egg mixture and gently fry the omelette until the egg is solidified..
