Cook the green beans in a pan for 10-15 minutes.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion 2-3 min. Place the fillets on the onions and brown them for 4 min. On both sides.

Let the sun-dried tomatoes drain and halve them.

Mix the raw vegetables with the oil and the balsamic vinegar.

Mix the tagliatelle with the oil, green beans, onion and tomatoes. Divide the plates and place the fillets on it. Serve with the raw vegetables.
