Halve the nectarine, remove the kernel and cut the halves into thin slices.

Spread 1 slice of white bread with the jam and 1 slice of white bread with the dairy spread.

Cover the jambot ham with half of the nectarine and cover with the slice of brown bread.

Place the rest of the nectarine on top and cover with the slice of bread with dairy spread, the smeared side down.

Cut the sandwiches twice diagonally, stick them with the picks.
