Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until it is lumpy. Fold the whipped cream with the meringue through the drained yogurt (hanging cup).

Mix the chopped fresh mint with the forest fruits. Create a layer of hanging in 4 glasses with a layer of forest fruits and the rest of the hanging. Garnish with mint.
