Heat apple juice with honey, cinnamon powder and lemon juice and gently boil the apples for 10 minutes.

Leave them in the liquid for 10 minutes so that they absorb as much as possible. Do this in advance.

Serve the apples lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and grate the dark chocolate over it.
