Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and the caster sugar. In a different bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and oil.

Then add the sugar mixture and mix until smooth.

Pour the batter into the muffin tin and fry until golden brown and cooked for 20-25 minutes.

Cut paper-thin strips of the marzipan and make small paperclip shapes out of them.

Prepare the glaze according to the instructions on the packaging.

Brush the muffins with the glaze and place the marzipan on them.
