Stir a leftover white rice through an equal amount of warm custard custard (from a pack of custard powder).

Add the marrow of 1 vanilla pod and to taste sugar. Allow the custard to simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour into a bowl and stir until the custard has cooled down.

Whip the whipped cream and fold through the rice custard. Leave covered in cold in the refrigerator.
