Directions

  1. Roast the nuts in a dry hot skillet. Chop half of the nuts.
  2. Mix the goat's cheese with the cream, pepper, the figs or dates and the chopped nuts.
  3. Sprinkle the apple with half of the lemon juice.
  4. Mix olive oil, the rest of the lemon juice and the chili sauce and spoon it through the mixed salad.
  5. Heat the tortillas in a dry hot frying pan or cover for 20 seconds at 800 Watt in the microwave.
  6. Divide the goat's cheese mixture. Put the herb salad with apple and nuts on it.
  7. Roll the tortilla into a wrap and cut it possibly diagonally.
