Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Peel the winter carrot and cut into cubes. Drain the corn.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shoarma meat for 5 minutes. Add the leek and winter carrot and cook for 2 minutes. Scoop the corn through.

  6. Pour the oven mix over and leave to cook until golden brown in approx. 45 minutes.
