Vegetable risotto with ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, vegetable stock tablet, olive oil, onions (very finely chopped), risotto rice (bag a 500 g), soup vegetable fine garden herbs (a 150 g), garden peas (extra fine (450 g, frozen)) and ham cubes (250 g).

Bring 450 ml of water to the boil and dissolve the bouillon tablet.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes.

Add the risotto rice and stir-fry until the rice turns translucent.

Spoon the soup vegetables, stir in the stock and bring to the boil.

Place the lid on the pan and let the risotto rice cook according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the garden peas and ham cubes through the last 5 minutes.

Season the risotto with pepper and salt and spread over 4 plates..
