Vegetarian schnitzel with cauliflower

Clean the cauliflower and boil it whole in 15 minutes.

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Peel and chop onions. Heat the butter and fruit the onion with curry powder.

Flower above seven. Add milk in portions with stirring. Sauce is still bound to sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

In a large frying pan, heat the remaining butter and bake cutlets for 4-6 min.

Remove cauliflower with skimmer from pan, drain and place on (heated) dish. Add curry sauce over it. Serve with potatoes and schnitzels.
