Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold running water.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage. Cut the coals lengthwise into quarters, remove the hard core and cut the coals in length into narrow strips.

Halve the peppers in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips of ½ cm wide.

Mix the eggs with the water, pepper and possibly salt. Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake an omelet from half of the egg.

Fry an omelette and cut into strips.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the cabbage and paprika for 3 minutes. Add the Bumbu spice and cook for another 2 minutes.

Scoop the noodles through and warm for 3 minutes. Add the omelet and ketjapmarinademanis and serve.
