Mediterranean stick with cheese
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spiced ribs with garlic and rosemary (potatoes 600 g, frozen), ham-pieces (diced), olive oil, onions (in rings), tomato puree (70 g), dried oregano, cucumber (in thin slices) and white cheese cubes (a 200 g).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Prepare the ribs in the oven according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, baste the meat on the 8 skewers and sprinkle the skewers with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers for 4 min. Remove from the pan.

Fry in the same shortening the onion rings for 6 min. Until they are light brown. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for another 1 min. Add 150 ml water, the oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil.

Put the skewers on 4 plates. Serve with the ribs and the cucumber. Crumble the cheese over it. Tasty with cooked chicory.
