Finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the pepper without seeds. Raps the ginger. Chop the coriander coarsely. Prepare the wok noodles according to the instructions.

Heat the oil in a stir frying pan of garlic, red pepper and ginger until it smells nice. Add the chicken pieces and fry them all around brown. Stir in the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the orange juice and the soy sauce and heat the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Let the noodle drain a colander well and scoop the noodles through the mixture of chicken pieces and vegetables. Warmly just as well. Serve and sprinkle fresh coriander over it.
