Directions

  1. Scoop the shrimp and wok paste together.
  2. Break the noodles in half and prepare them according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Put the noodles in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain well.
  4. Cut the lettuce into strips, tear the basil into pieces and chop the peanuts roughly.
