Vietnamese noodle salad with marinated shrimps

Scoop the shrimp and wok paste together.

Break the noodles in half and prepare them according to the instructions on the package.

Put the noodles in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain well.

Cut the lettuce into strips, tear the basil into pieces and chop the peanuts roughly.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the shrimp with wokpasta 1 min. Add the wok vegetable and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Take out the woks mix in a large bowl with the noodles and beat. Divide the plates and garnish with the basil and the peanuts.
