Grind the ice cream in an ice crusher or food processor or wrap the ice cubes in a tea towel and beat the ice into grit with a heavy object. Mix the wine, the Spa and Fruit and the ice cream in a large glass. Serve with the grapes, the orange and lemon slices.
Decorate each glass with a bunch of red grapes.
