Melt the chocolate with the milk au bain-marie. Stir well until all the lumps have melted and allow the chocolate to cool to lukewarm.

Beat the whipped cream with the sugar and orange zest. Stir the cream slowly through the cooled chocolate and cover with cling film. Leave to set in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C and warm the waffles in about 10 minutes. Drizzle the waffles with the liqueur and cut them diagonally.

Put 2 rolls of roll chocolate mousse on each plate and place a waffle tip in between. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
